grown on our 4500 tree olive grove, located in the cool-climate
region of Southern Victoria. Leighgrove Olives also produces a

2007 HARVEST EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
The current season’s oil, harvested in June 2007, comprises two
different oils for you to choose from, in bottles, tins or ‘on tap’
for visitors to the grove.
FRANTOIO/LECCINO – a blend of two of the fine Tuscan originated varietals – medium oil of
distinctive fruitiness and light peppery finish – beautifully
textured, smooth oil suitable for all manner of cooking, drizzling
or dressing your favourite foods.
KORONEIKI – a Greek origin varietal with more robust
characteristics- quite peppery for those who enjoy an intensively
full- flavoured oil – an exciting addition to all foods,
particularly when cooking meat dishes.
